LEAD is an initiative of the Pune Knowledge Cluster, providing vocational exposure and networking opportunities to students. Students will learn about the ‘Science and Technology’ ecosystem in the Pune region which includes research institutions, startups, and industries, through study tours, field visits, and interactions with experts from diverse knowledge-driven sectors.
Vision
The LEAD Initiative aims to create a platform that will help students to:
- Get an in-depth understanding of the approach and functioning of industries and R&D institutions
- Understand the kinds of research and training opportunities in industries and R&D institutions
- Interact and learn from industry experts, researchers
- Build potential industry connections
- Explore internship opportunities that can enable employability relevant skilling
